* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 1202 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm east of
  Amelia City, or 33 nm south of St. Simons Island, moving west at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Saint Marys Entrance Buoy 16, Talbot Island, Nassau Sound Approach
  Buoy 6a, and Whittakers Snapper Hole Reef.
