  Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to
  60 NM...
  Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 515 PM EDT/415 PM CDT/.

* At 219 PM EDT/119 PM CDT/, strong thunderstorms were located along
  a line extending from 25 nm south of C Tower to 19 nm south of
  Empire Mica Wreck, moving northwest at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Empire Mica Wreck.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
