The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX out 20 NM...

* Until 745 AM CDT.

* At 642 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near West
  Cameron 48 to near West Cameron 53 to 7 nm north of West Cameron
  130, moving north at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Cameron 45, West Cameron 53, West Cameron 48, and The Mouth Of
  The Sabine River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
