Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 16Z, or 9 AM PDT, a 1028 MB surface high
was centered 800 NM W of Point Conception and a 1003 MB thermal low
was along the Arizona-California border. Locally Gale Force winds and
widespread choppy seas will be common all week.
