From north of Chino and Redlands to the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains. * WHEN...Until 233 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1233 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen over the past 12 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Rainfall rates of 0.20-0.30 inches per hour are expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
