Areas of gusty northeast to east Santa Ana winds will spread
southward across the area today and continue through Wednesday
afternoon with winds gusting 25 to 35 mph, locally 55 mph along
and below the coastal slopes of the mountains. Lowest daytime
humidity will fall to around 10 percent each day with poor
overnight recovery. Critical fire weather conditions will spread
southward today and continue through Wednesday afternoon. There
will be weaker winds and a recovery in humidity for Friday and
Saturday, but with chances for wetting precipitation remaining at
less than 10 percent.
