...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

At 825 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds up to around 30 knots. These
thunderstorms were mainly over the Caribbean waters just south of
St. Croix, and between Culebra and eastern Puerto Rico, moving
north around 10 knots. Developing thunderstorms were also
detected over the offshore Atlantic and Caribbean waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately.
