FOR ALASKA/PACIFIC REGIONS...

Critical Weather Day ended early for the Alaska region at 0937Z
since all Tsunami watches and advisories have been dropped for
Alaska.

Critical Weather Day ended early for the Pacific region at 0800Z
since all Tsunami watches and advisories have been dropped for
the Pacific.


CRITICAL WEATHER DAY SCHEDULED TO END AT 12Z FOR CENTRAL
REGION..SEE BELOW

A Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared for...

* NWS Central Region
    - STARTING: 1200Z Wed Jul 28 2021
    - ENDING: 1200Z Thu Jul 29 2021
    - REASON: SPC Moderate Risk of severe weather with damaging
winds in the Upper Midwest.

* NCEP and NCF are also participating in this CWD to
  ensure a reliable flow of weather data.

All scheduled software/hardware/network changes for the
impacted offices will be postponed until the CWD has ended.
Any emergency changes will be evaluated and approved by
regional management officials. NWS offices should contact
their regional offices for further questions about this
CWD.

Those outside the CWD area should limit their NWSChat Live
usage as much as possible.
