.DISCUSSION...Below normal daytime highs will persist for Wednesday and Thursday.
Expect daily chances for showers/thunderstorms, where activity could continue from
Wednesday afternoon through the end of the week. Even though we look to remain in a fairly
active pattern the next few days, the best chances for heavier storms with wetting rains,
gusty outflow winds, and hail will likely fall between 1100-2000 MST each day. Light showers
and gusty winds will likely be the main concern during the overnight hours. Outside of storm
driven winds, expect westerly winds 5-10 mph during the daytime hours, and northerly overnight.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny. Areas of smoke through the day.
                    Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in
                    the morning. Rain showers with thunderstorms
                    likely in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......70-80 percent, primarily between 1400-2200 MST.
Max temperature.....75-80 degrees.
Min humidity........35-45 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 10 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms. Winds look to shift out of the
                    north still between 5-10 mph after 1700 MST.
Transport winds.....Northwest 5 to 10 knots.

.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Areas of smoke in the evening.
                    Rain showers and chance of thunderstorms in the
                    evening, then rain showers likely and slight
                    chance of thunderstorms overnight.
Chance of pcpn......65-75 percent, but gradually decreasing after 2300 MST.
Min temperature.....60-65 degrees.
Max humidity........85-95 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms. Winds look to shift more
                    westerly by 0800 MST.
Transport winds.....Northwest 5 to 10 knots.

.THURSDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Chance of rain showers and
                    slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning,
                    then rain showers with thunderstorms likely in
                    the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......70-80 percent, with greatest chances between 1100-1700 MST.
Max temperature.....75-85 degrees.
Min humidity........35-45 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds around 5-10 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms.
Transport winds.....North around 5 knots shifting to the southeast
                    early in the afternoon, then shifting to the
                    southwest late in the afternoon.
