.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms will develop over the area after 12 PM
this afternoon and continue through the overnight hours tonight.
Heavy rain and localized flash flooding will be the main threat
with these storms. Showers are expected to end by sunrise Tuesday
morning, with the bulk of the activity redeveloping east of the
area Tuesday. There will remain a slight chance for showers and
thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon.

                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Isolated
                    showers in the morning. Numerous rain
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
