...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southern Bosque and Southwestern Hill County, or locations
  between Valley Mills and Whitney-Aquilla.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain has come to end,
    however stream flows will remain elevated and it will take
    another hour or two for lingering minor flooding to improve.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Whitney, Laguna Park, Valley Mills, Lake Whitney State Park,
    Lake Whitney, Aquilla Lake, Lakewood Harbor, Aquilla and
    Cayote.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
