.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will begin to build in from the west Tuesday afternoon
as a system exits to the east. Sunshine will be filtered by
passing mid to high level clouds through the day. Temperatures
will warm into the upper 60s to low 70s with minimum relative humidity
values in the upper 20s to low 30s. Expect cumulus clouds to
build this afternoon with a less than 5% chance for shower
development. Winds will be terrain driven today and tonight and
then increase from the southwest on Wednesday. The next weather
system looks to arrive late Thursday into Friday with widespread
breezy to gusty winds Thursday afternoon through Friday and
increasing chances for precipitation Friday afternoon.
