HIBBING MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR JUNE WAS 57.6 DEGREES. THIS WAS 1.8
DEGREES BELOW THE NORMAL OF 59.4 DEGREES...MAKING THIS THE 9TH
COLDEST JUNE IN STATION HISTORY. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE
MONTH WAS 87 DEGREES ON THE 7TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS 28
DEGREES ON THE 2ND AND THE 13TH. THREE DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS
WERE BROKEN FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE. ON THE 2ND A RECORD LOW OF 28
DEGREES WAS SET. THIS BROKE THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 31 DEGREES SET IN
1986 AND TIED IN 2011. ON THE 12TH A RECORD LOW OF 31 DEGREES WAS
SET. THIS BROKE THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 32 DEGREES SET IN 2009. ON
THE 13TH A RECORD LOW OF 28 DEGREES WAS SET. THIS BROKE THE PREVIOUS

PRECIPITATION FELL ON 14 DAYS. AT LEAST 0.10 INCHES FELL ON 6 DAYS.
AT LEAST 0.50 INCHES FELL ON 2 DAYS. NO DAILY PRECIPITATION RECORDS
WERE BROKEN FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE.

4.38 INCHES. THE LATEST CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER OUTLOOK INDICATES
THAT THERE IS NO CLEAR SIGNAL OF ABOVE OR BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES
AND PRECIPITATION.
