.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds and seas will diminish this afternoon.
A relaxed pressure gradient at the surface will result in fair to
favorable marine conditions through the rest of the period. The
rain chances will increase along the lower Texas Coastline as an
area of low pressure moves into the coastline.
