For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A primary and secondary cold front will moves across Lake Erie
this evening turning winds to the northwest. Scattered storms will
clear out behind the front overnight. High pressure 30.30 inches
will slowly build into the region from the Upper Midwest this
weekend, becoming centered across the Ohio Valley by Monday.
