The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 900 PM MST.

* At 629 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain
  have fallen in Willcox. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5
  inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing
  or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Willcox.

This includes the following highways...
Route 191 between mile markers 64 and 66. Interstate 10 between mile
markers 330 and 343. Route 186 between mile markers 327 and 332.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
