.DISCUSSION...Strong westerly-to-southwesterly winds will impact
the region today as a low pressure system moves through the area.
In addition to gusty winds, this system will bring increased
chances for light precipitation to the northern half of our
forecast area. Winds will shift to the northwest overnight as we
find ourselves on the back side of this system. Much drier air
will push into the region in the wake of this low pressure system.
The second half of the week will be characterized by dry
conditions, afternoon breezes, and temperatures gradually climbing
back to more seasonal values.
