.DISCUSSION...Temperatures run 5-10 degrees above normal today, but will
cool 15-20 degrees by Monday as a system moves through. Main concern
will be the strong winds associated with it, particularly Sunday
into early Monday. Widespread gusts of 35-45 mph are likely, with
gusts over 55 mph possible (40%) in some spots. Minimum RH values
are forecast to be generally 10-20%, so elevated to critical fire
weather conditions are possible wherever fuels are receptive. Best
chances for this are in NW Arizona, where a Red Flag Warning has
been issued for Saturday and Sunday.
