...NEAR CRITICAL FIRE DANGER THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON...

West-southwest winds gusting from 25 to 40 mph, along with
relative humidity values from 20 to 30 percent will exist across
central SD through late afternoon. With very dry fuels, any fires
that develop could spread quickly. Conditions will improve after
sunset. Consider postponing burning due to the very high fire
danger.
