East winds in the 30 mph range, with gusts to 40 mph continue
through Saturday morning. Winds will be about 10 mph weaker
farther inland. Lack of transportable snowfall, due to recent dry
weather and wind, will likely inhibit significant visibility
reductions in blowing snow, but brief periods of visibility
reduced to one half mile are possible.
