There will be enough moisture, mainly over the mountains, for isolated showers Thursday afternoon. Very little precipitation is expected. Humidity levels will drop into the teens over the plains Thursday afternoon, however light winds are expected precluding any critical fire weather concerns. Smoke dispersal looks good to excellent in most areas Thursday afternoon. LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Thursday night through Monday...A few gusty showers will remain possible Thursday evening into early Thursday night. Friday will see above normal temperatures and elevated fire weather conditions across the lower elevations. A cooler, more active pattern is expected this weekend into next week, with several chances for snow showers across the higher mountains, with rain showers across the lower elevations. The best chance of precipitation will come Saturday night into Sunday. Good to excellent smoke dispersal is forecast Friday.
