For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
Low pressure of 29.70 inches will move northeastward from the
Ozarks to New England and deepen to 29.10 inches through
Wednesday. Behind the low, a weak trough averaging 29.90 inches
lingers over Lake Erie Wednesday night into Thursday. By Friday, a
ridge averaging 30.00 inches will build eastward over the lake.
