For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.60 inches will move across the Ohio Valley
through Wednesday, reaching the East Coast by Thursday morning.
Low pressure 29.80 inches will develop across the Central Plains
Thursday night and will reach the Ohio Valley by Friday night.
High pressure ridging 30.20 will return across the region by
Tuesday.
