Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough averaging 29.90 inches is replaced by a weak
ridge averaging 30.00 inches Monday. A stationary front will
linger along the southern shore of Lake Erie Tuesday through early
Wednesday when it lifts northeast as a warm front. A trough
averaging 29.80 inches persists through Thursday night, followed
by a cold front Friday.
