The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...

Nearshore and open waters of Lake Michigan from Sturgeon Bay to
Sheboygan...

* Until 745 PM CDT.

* At 617 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 17 nm west of Manitowoc to 14 nm west of Cleveland
  to 19 nm northwest of Sheboygan, moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Rawley Point Light, Two Rivers and Manitowoc.
