CONDITIONS HAVE BECOME DRIER ACROSS WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA OVER THE PAST MONTH...ESPECIALLY OVER SOUTHWESTERN
NEBRASKA. THROUGH TODAY...PRECIPITATION DEFICITS SINCE SEPTEMBER 1ST
AT NORTH PLATTE...IMPERIAL...AND BROKEN WERE 1.86...1.87...AND 2.80
INCHES RESPECTIVELY. VALENTINE WAS RUNNING A SLIGHT SURPLUS OVER THE
SAME PERIOD. EVEN WITH THE DRY CONDITIONS OVER THE PAST 2 AND A HALF
MONTHS...ALL LOCATIONS ACROSS WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA ARE
CARRYING A SURPLUS OF PRECIPITATION SINCE JANUARY 1ST. THROUGH
TODAY...PRECIPITATION SURPLUSES SINCE JANUARY 1ST AT BROKEN
BOW...IMPERIAL...NORTH PLATTE AND VALENTINE ARE 8.88...0.63...7.78
AND 8.78 INCHES RESPECTIVELY.

AS OF NOVEMBER 21ST...ACCORDING TO THE US DROUGHT MONITOR...NO
DROUGHT CONDITIONS WERE OCCURRING IN WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA.

THE LATEST 6 TO 10 DAY OUTLOOK COVERING NOVEMBER 28TH THROUGH
NOVEMBER 30TH...CALLS FOR BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND ABOVE NORMAL
PRECIPITATION FOR ALL OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

THE LATEST 8 TO 14 DAY OUTLOOK COVERING NOVEMBER 28TH THROUGH
DECEMBER 4TH...CALLS FOR BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND ABOVE NORMAL
PRECIPITATION FOR ALL OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

ACCORDING TO THE CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER...THE LATEST OUTLOOK FOR
DECEMBER CALLS FOR ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES FOR ALL OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION IS FORECAST
ACROSS NORTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...WEST OF A LINE FROM IMPERIAL TO
AINSWORTH. EAST OF THIS LINE...EQUAL CHANCES FOR ABOVE...BELOW OR
NEAR NORMAL PRECIPITATION IS FORECAST.

THE LATEST 3 MONTH OUTLOOK COVERING DECEMBER...JANUARY AND
FEBRUARY...CALLS FOR EQUAL CHANCES FOR ABOVE...BELOW OR NEAR NORMAL
TEMPERATURES AND ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION FOR ALL OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

SINCE NO DROUGHT CONDITIONS ARE OCCURRING IN THE OUTLOOK
