.DISCUSSION...Dry air near the surface will lead to RH values this
afternoon in the 25-30 percent range under mostly sunny skies. Dry
weather is expected again on Tuesday, but a sharp cold front will
bring rain showers to the region Tuesday evening. Cold air will
pour into the region behind the system which may result in a
period of light snow late Tuesday night.
