...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Pecatonica River near Shirland affecting Winnebago County
  Rock River at Rockton affecting Winnebago County
  Rock River at Latham Park affecting Winnebago County

The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation as well
as forecast precipitation 24-48 hours into the future.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

  The Rock River at Rockton, or from Prairie Hill Road downstream to
  Swanson Road in Roscoe.
* until Friday morning.
* At  730 AM Tuesday the stage was 10.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet...Edgemere Terrace is inundated near Roscoe.

  The Rock River at Latham Park, or from Swanson Road in Roscoe
  downstream to Shorewood Park in Loves Park.
* until Tuesday April 02.
* At  730 AM Tuesday the stage was 11.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Monday evening.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Low-lying sections of Harbor Oaks Drive are
  threatened in north Machesney Park. Low-lying residences are
  threatened along Queen Oaks Drive in Machesney Park. Browns Beach
  Road is threatened in north Rockford. Lower parking lot of
  Sportscore One is inundated in north Rockford.
