.DISCUSSION: A broad trough and cooler conditions will linger
over Upper Michigan through Wednesday morning. Expect winds to be
generally out of the north at 10 to 15 mph through Tuesday,
becoming more westerly by Wednesday afternoon as the trough begins
to exit to the east. Isolated to scattered rain showers will
persist today and tomorrow with light amounts of accumulation
expected with any shower.
