early afternoon. Patchy blowing snow by mid afternoon. Numerous snow
showers early. Scattered snow showers by late morning. Isolated rain
showers by mid afternoon. Of 2 to 3 inches. Highs around 34. North
winds 25 to 35 mph decreasing to 15 to 25 mph by mid afternoon.
Waves 5 to 8 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet.
