Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.3 inch ridge across Lake Superior will continue
to build across the Upper Great Lakes this evening and strengthen
to 30.6 inches by Tuesday. Meanwhile, a 29.8 inch low will pass to
the south through the Ohio River Valley tonight. This ridge will
gradually reaching New England by Wednesday. A 29.8 inch low
pressure will move across the Lower Great Lakes Wednesday night
from the southwest, followed by 30.2 inch high pressure on
Thursday.
