...ANOTHER RECORD BREAKING MONTH: MAY 2023...

May 2023 began fairly typical, with mild temperatures and showers.
But, that all changed quickly around the 10th of May, with
temperatures jumping into the 80s and 90s, even along the normally
cool coastal areas. Temperatures cooled by the 21st, but stayed
somewhat above normal for a bit longer. Overall, many temperatures
and a few precipitation records (dry days) were broken.
