36 DEGREES ON THE 26TH. THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE WAS 31 DEGREES BELOW
ZERO ON THE 31ST WHICH TIED 1979. THE 30TH LOW OF 27 BELOW ZERO
BROKE THE 1979 RECORD OF 25 BELOW.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS 2.55 INCHES...WHICH IS 500 PERCENT
OF NORMAL. THIS WAS THE WETTEST JANUARY ON RECORD. THE WETTEST 24-

BROKE THE 1996 RECORD OF 0.29 INCHES. THE 11TH HAD 0.53 INCHES WHICH
