ON RECORD. THE WARMEST READING FOR THE MONTH WAS 37 DEGREES ON THE
11TH. THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE WAS 31 DEGREE BELOW ZERO ON THE 31ST
WHICH BROKE THE 2002 RECORD OF 10 DEGREES BELOW ZERO. THIS ALSO SET
A NEW ALL-TIME DAILY LOW FOR THE MONTH...BREAKING 25 BELOW SET BACK
IN 2017 ON JANUARY 6TH. THE 9TH HAD A LOW OF 5 BELOW WHICH BROKE THE
2010 RECORD OF 4 BELOW. THE 19TH LOW OF 8 BELOW BROKE THE 2008
RECORD OF 5 BELOW ZERO. THE 30TH LOW OF 29 BELOW BROKE THE 2002
RECORD OF 8 BELOW.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS 1.46 INCHES...WHICH IS 503 PERCENT
OF NORMAL...MAKING IT THE WETTEST JANUARY ON RECORD. THE WETTEST 24-
HOUR PERIOD OCCURRED ON THE 11TH WITH 0.62 INCHES. THIS BROKE THE
2005 RECORD OF 0.13. THE 1ST HAD 0.43 INCHES WHICH BROKE THE 2001
RECORD OF 0.03. THE 2ND HAD 0.24 BREAKING 0.18 FROM 2017 AND THE
28TH HAD 0.10 INCHES AND BROKE 0.09 FROM 2019.

SNOWFALL FOR THE MONTH WAS 27.5 INCHES...MAKING IT THE JANUARY ON
