...THE FOREST SERVICE UTAH AVALANCHE CENTER IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS
ISSUED A BACKCOUNTRY AVALANCHE WARNING WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6
AM MST SUNDAY TO 6 AM MST MONDAY...

* WHAT...The avalanche danger for the warning area will be HIGH
  today. Human-triggered and natural avalanches are likely.

* WHERE...For the Wellsville and Bear River Mountains of Northern
  Utah

* WHEN...In effect from 6 AM MST this morning to 6AM MST Monday

* IMPACTS...Recent very heavy snowfall and drifting created
  widespread areas of unstable snow. Both long-running natural
  avalanches and dangerous human-triggered avalanches are likely.
  Stay off of and out from under backcountry slopes steeper than
  30 degrees.
