.DISCUSSION...Gusty northwest winds will decrease this evening,
but will increase again early Wednesday morning. Expect northwest
winds of 25 to 40 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph over the western
South Dakota plains. Arctic air arrives late Thursday into
Friday, with lows at night below zero and highs on Friday in the
single digits to low teens. Slight chances for light snow and
flurries are possible Wednesday and Friday.
