The southern waters and Pamlico Sound will improve to  sub-SCA by late tonight/early tomorrow, but elevated seas across  the central coastal waters will keep SCAs in place through most  of Wednesday. High pressure will move offshore the second half of  the week, bringing southwesterly winds and 3-5 ft seas through  the weekend.    $$
