Occasional gusts to 25 kt  will be possible through this evening across the outer coastal  waters and far eastern portions of Pamlico Sound, and Croatan and  Roanoke Sounds as thermal gradient strengthens. FROPA is expected  late SUN into MON and represents the next best chance of SCA  conditions both ahead of and behind the front. Showers and storms  likely to accompany FROPA.    $$
