   AMZ100-280030-  730 AM EDT Sat Jun 27 2026    .Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...  SSW winds will continue through today. Low-end SCA conditions  possible this afternoon and night ahead of an approaching cold  front. This front would also bring increasing shower and  thunderstorm chances to our waters this weekend. Some of the  thunderstorms this weekend could bring damaging wind gusts in  excess of 40 knots. Winds would shift to a NE'rly direction behind  the front Sun into Mon from N to S as well. Benign boating  conditions return for next week.    $$

A chance of showers in the evening,  then showers likely after midnight.  SUN  SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves around 2 ft. A chance of  showers. A slight chance of tstms in the morning, then a chance  of tstms in the afternoon.  SUN NIGHT  SW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming W 5 to 10 kt after  midnight. Waves around 2 ft in the evening, then 1 ft. Showers  likely. A chance of tstms, mainly in the evening.  MON  NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves around 2 ft. A chance of  showers with a slight chance of tstms in the morning.  MON NIGHT  NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves around 2 ft.  TUE  NE winds 10 to 15 kt.
