Winds become light SWerly TUE but strengthen late  ahead of next FROPA with SCA conditions likely, strongest winds  along the Gulf Stream waters. NWerly behind the front WED  persisting into the end of the week before becoming NEerly over  the weekend ahead of the next low pressure system to work SW to NE  across the Carolinas.    $$
