.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
NW winds will veer to the north overnight and slightly increase
due to a reinforcing cold front. With this is uptick in winds,
seas are expected to build back to 6 ft across the central waters.
Conditions will improve tomorrow afternoon as winds continue to
veer to the NE and seas subside. Sub-SCA winds and seas are then
expected late week through the weekend.
