Seas 3 to  5 ft. Wave Detail: SW 5 ft at 6 seconds and E 1 ft at 14 seconds.  Adjacent sounds and rivers choppy, diminishing to a moderate chop  late this evening and early morning, then diminishing to light  chop late.  SAT  NE winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt with gusts  up to 25 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: NE  3 ft at 4 seconds and SW 3 ft at 6 seconds. Adjacent sounds and  rivers a moderate chop, increasing to choppy in the afternoon.
