A stronger Arctic cold front moves through  Monday deteriorating boating conditions significantly and the  next chance of rain. Conditions improve by middle of next week  with elevated seas lingering early as high pressure builds in.  Next front crosses the area late week.      $$

Seas 3 to 5 ft, except 2 to 3 ft near shore. Wave Detail:  NE 5 ft at 6 seconds and E 5 ft at 11 seconds. Adjacent sounds  and rivers choppy, diminishing to a moderate chop late.  SUN  NE winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming E 5 to 10 kt in the  afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: E 4 ft at 11 seconds and  E 3 ft at 6 seconds. Adjacent sounds and rivers a moderate chop,  diminishing to light chop in the afternoon.  SUN NIGHT  S winds 15 to 20 kt. Gusts up to 25 kt after  midnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft, except 2 to 4 ft near shore. Wave  Detail: E 4 ft at 13 seconds and S 3 ft at 5 seconds, becoming S  5 ft at 6 seconds and E 5 ft at 12 seconds.
