Small craft advisories remain in effect for the offshore coastal
waters between Oregon Inlet and Ocracoke Inlet due to lingering
6-7 ft seas. Expect the small craft conditions to continue to
persist into Friday morning before gradually subsiding.
Conditions then improve during the daytime on Friday before a
potential brief period of SCA conditions late Fri night into Sat
morning as a weak front nears the area and then lifts north as a
warm front. Another higher chance for SCA conditions then occurs
on Monday as a cold front crosses the area, bringing strong nrly
winds and 6-9 ft seas.
