   AMZ100-112345-  641 AM EDT Sat Jul 11 2026    .Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...  An area of low pressure, and an associated cold front, will move  into area waters this evening. This front is then forecast to  stall over the area through the weekend as yet another area of low  pressure moves along it on Sunday. This is expected to lead to  building east to northeast winds north of Cape Hatteras Sunday  into Monday, with southeasterly flow south of Cape Hatteras. A  more dominant southwesterly flow regime then returns by mid to  late week.    $$
