Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: NE 3 ft at  4 seconds and E 3 ft at 10 seconds. Adjacent sounds and rivers a  moderate chop, increasing to choppy late. A slight chance of rain  late.  MON  NE winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming N 25 to 30 kt in the  afternoon. Gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft, except 2 to 4 ft  near shore. Wave Detail: NE 6 ft at 7 seconds and NW 2 ft at  4 seconds. Adjacent sounds and rivers rough, increasing to very  rough in the afternoon.
