Seas 4 to 6 ft.  Dominant period 6 seconds. Adjacent sounds and rivers rough,  diminishing to choppy late this evening, then diminishing to a  moderate chop after midnight. Showers and tstms likely this evening,  then a chance of showers with a slight chance of tstms after  midnight. A slight chance of showers late.  TUE  NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Dominant period  6 seconds. Adjacent sounds and rivers choppy. A slight chance of  showers in the morning, then a slight chance of rain in the  afternoon.  TUE NIGHT  NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Dominant period  5 seconds. Adjacent sounds and rivers a moderate chop. A slight  chance of rain in the evening, then a chance of rain after midnight.  WED  NE winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft,  except 2 to 3 ft near shore.
