A strong low  pressure system will move across the Carolina coast Tuesday. High  pressure then rebuilds into the area from the north through  midweek before another low pressure system impacts the region late  next week.    $$

A  chance of rain this evening, then showers likely with a slight  chance of tstms after midnight. A chance of rain late.  MON  NE winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.
