.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
A slow moving cold front will continue to drift south and
eventually stall over ENC waters later today. The front is then
forecast to move offshore by tomorrow night or Saturday.
Hazardous conditions for small craft will linger to late this
morning for area waters before seas and winds improve into the
weekend. The front will be accompanied by an increased risk of
thunderstorms, especially today and tomorrow and lingering into
Saturday for portions of Onslow and Raleigh Bays.
