.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
Steady southerly flow will continue through tonight for all
waters. There will be a low risk of SCA conditions, mainly across
the coastal waters, this afternoon into tonight ahead of the next
front. However threat is low enough to preclude headlines as of
this update. Winds ease up by Tue morning and remain light through
Thursday under a weak pressure gradient as aforementioned front
stalls and gradually dissipates over our waters this week.
Stronger front expected to impact area waters late week.
