Inland troughing is expected to develop east of the Appalachians
today and continue into the upcoming weekend. This will lead to
southerly flow developing by this afternoon and continuing through
the end of the week. Elevated winds and seas are likely over the
weekend into early next week as inland troughing deepens. The risk
of thunderstorms is expected to be low through Saturday, then
increase from Sunday into next week.
