.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
SW winds remain 15-25 kt with 6ft+ seas lingering through
at least the first half of the morning today. Cold front remains
stalled over portions of the waters today and will be focal point
for showers and storms. Front lifts back north tonight. SW winds
build back to SCA criteria for coastal waters ahead of a stronger
front TUE afternoon until FROPA THU. N-NEerly winds behind the
front into the weekend.
