.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
Southerly winds steadily increase late tonight into Sun morning
with small craft conditions likely for all waters starting late
SUnday morning into Monday out ahead of a stalling cold front. IN
addition to the small craft conditions increased chances for
showers and thunderstorms are likely into midweek as well. Conditions
then ease Mon night into Tue as weak high pressure builds back
into the area with lighter winds and seas persisting into the end
of the week.
