.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
A cold front will push through the waters early this morning. A
weak area of low pressure will develop along the front off the
Southeast coast late today through Tuesday bringing NE flow and
building seas. The low is expected to dissipate mid week with the
Bermuda High building late week and persisting through the
weekend bringing benign boating conditions and hot temperatures.
