.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
10-15 kt SW-W winds tonight and 2-4 ft seas expected across the
waters out ahead of an approaching cold front. The aforementioned
cold front is set to cross regional waters Monday. Showers and
tstorms likely ahead of the front. Strong N to Nerly surge of
20-25+ kt follows the boundary bringing SCAs across all coastal
waters, Albemarle, Croatan, Roanoke, Pamlico Sound and Alligator
River. Low but non zero potential for brief gale gusts over
offshore waters. Another front expected midweek.
