High pressure will build in from the north keeping breezy NE to
ENE winds across the waters today. High pressure slides off the
Mid- Atlantic coast Wednesday allowing winds to veer to S to SWly
for the latter half of the week. A more unsettled pattern is
expected Friday into the weekend.
