A dry  cold front drops south across the area on Thursday, stalling to the  south Thursday night through Friday. Weak surface lows will move  along the front Friday into the upcoming weekend bringing unsettled  weather. SCA conditions possible for NC coastal waters Friday into  Saturday.    $$

Seas 2 to 3 ft.  THU  W winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming N 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon.  Seas 2 to 3 ft.  THU NIGHT  NE winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt after  midnight. Seas 3 to 4 ft.  FRI  NE winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.  A slight chance of rain in the morning, then a chance of rain in the  afternoon.  FRI NIGHT  E winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt, becoming SE  10 to 15 kt after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Showers likely, mainly  in the evening.  SAT  SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.  SAT NIGHT  SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.  SUN  SW winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to  6 ft. A chance of showers.  MON  SW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NW. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Showers  likely.    $$
