   AMZ500-011900-  Synopsis for Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out to 60 nm  246 AM EDT Fri May 1 2026      .SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable boating conditions as a stationary  front remains draped across north Florida with a high pressure  ridge axis over south Florida. Boating conditions deteriorate  this weekend and early next week, as a cold front crosses the  area Saturday night and early Sunday, becoming stationary across  the Straits of Florida Monday. Offshore winds increase Saturday  ahead of the front then turn north to northeast behind the front  Sunday into Monday. Scattered to numerous showers and lightning  storms will accompany the front.    .GULF STREAM HAZARDS...None.    The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream based on  the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Friday, May 1st, 2026.    56 nautical miles east of Ponce Inlet.  38 nautical miles east of Port Canaveral.  28 nautical miles east of Sebastian Inlet.  17 nautical miles east of Fort Pierce Inlet.  9 nautical miles east of Saint Lucie Inlet.    $$

Seas 3 to 4 feet.  Wave Detail: Northeast 3 feet at 12 seconds and northwest 2 feet  at 3 seconds.  TONIGHT  South winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming southwest 15 to  20 knots after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 feet, occasionally to  6 feet. Wave Detail: South 3 feet at 4 seconds and northeast  3 feet at 11 seconds.  SATURDAY  South winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 5 feet,  occasionally to 6 feet. Wave Detail: South 4 feet at 5 seconds  and northeast 3 feet at 10 seconds. A slight chance of showers  and thunderstorms in the afternoon.  SATURDAY NIGHT  West winds around 15 knots, becoming northwest  after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 feet, occasionally to 8 feet.
