Wave Detail: East 3 feet at  8 seconds and northeast 1 foot at 13 seconds.  SATURDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming south  after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Wave Detail: East 3 feet at  8 seconds and northeast 1 foot at 12 seconds.  SUNDAY  Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming south in the  afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 feet.
