 A cold front will gradually push across the local waters tonight.
 Scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain possible especially
 across the Atlantic waters out ahead of the frontal boundary.
 Hazardous marine conditions will continue to develop across all
 local waters tonight into Tuesday as winds rapidly increase out of
 northeast and seas build.
 
 Gulf Stream Hazards: Northeasterly winds 20-30 kts and seas building
 to 8-12 ft through Tuesday night.
