Remnant low-level moisture from an old frontal  boundary will continue to aid in shower development over portions of  the regional waters and local passages the rest of today, as well.  Fairly tranquil seas are currently forecast for the remainder of the  week.    $$
   AMZ712-290230-  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM-  1002 AM AST Tue Jan 28 2020    TONIGHT  Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet with  occasional seas up to 5 feet. Dominant period 11 seconds.  Northeast swell around 4 feet in the evening. Scattered showers  through the night.  WEDNESDAY  Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots veering north in the  afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 feet with occasional seas up to 5 feet.  Dominant period 10 seconds. Isolated showers.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  East winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet with  occasional seas up to 5 feet.
