A north to northeasterly swell, generated  by a surface low moving across the northwestern Atlantic, will spread  across the local Atlantic Waters and Caribbean Passages between  Thursday morning and Friday evening, followed by a smaller secondary  northeasterly swell during the weekend. A tropical wave will move  across the Lesser Antilles by Saturday, reaching the USVI and PR from  Saturday evening into Sunday. This tropical wave is expected to  bring an increase in local winds and unsettled weather conditions.    $$
