   AMZ700-200315-  1030 AM AST Fri Jul 19 2024    .SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...  Strong surface high pressure anchored across the west-central  Atlantic will maintain moderate to locally fresh easterly winds.  However, a passing tropical wave will bring fresh to locally strong  winds today through Saturday, along with increased shower and  thunderstorm activity. Choppy to hazardous seas for small craft are  expected. Precautionary statements will remain in effect, and Small  Craft Advisories are in effect for portions of the local waters until  at least Saturday night.    $$
