.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
Seas will be favorable for small craft through at least Friday. A
surface high pressure across the central Atlantic and a low in the
western Atlantic will allow light to moderate east winds to prevail
today. As another high moves into the western Atlantic, winds will
be light to moderate during the next two days or so. Afternoon
convective activity could move from the islands towards coastal
waters, especially along western Puerto Rico.
