A warm front approaches from the west today, then lifts to the
northeast tonight, followed by a cold front approaching from the
west on Tuesday. This cold front slowly pushes southeast through
Maine Tuesday night through Wednesday night as waves of low
pressure ride along the front. Low pressure meanders over the
Maritimes Thursday and Friday, with troughs of low pressure
rotate around it over the region. Meanwhile, high pressure slowly
builds in to the southwest of the area.
