The front will cross the  waters around midday with winds shifting sharply to northwest. Those  offshore winds will be gusty through the day. High pressure will  return for the second half of the work week and winds and seas will  diminish. An ocean storm will develop and stall south of New England  this weekend into early next weekend.    $$
