Southerly winds begin to  increase Monday and conditions hazardous for small craft are possible  behind that warm front. Rain will overspread the waters and continue  into the evening, possibly with some areas of fog developing. A cold  front will cross the waters Monday night and westerly winds will  become gusty. Gale force wind gusts are possible through Tuesday as  colder air returns.    $$
