   ANZ300-030945-  410 PM EST Tue Mar 2 2021    .Synopsis for the Long Island Waters and New York Harbor...  Strong high pressure to the west will weaken and slide to the  south tonight into Wednesday as a warm front passes well to the  north. A cold front will approach from the north Wednesday night  and pass through early Thursday. The region will then be situated  between strong low pressure over the Canadian Maritimes and high  pressure across southern Canada Thursday into Saturday. The high  pressure will build over the region early next week.    $$
   ANZ330-030945-  Long Island Sound East of New Haven CT/Port Jefferson NY-  410 PM EST Tue Mar 2 2021    GALE WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING    TONIGHT  W winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 15 to 20 kt late  this evening, then diminishing to 10 to 15 kt after midnight,  becoming SW 15 to 20 kt late. Gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.  Chance of light freezing spray this evening.  WED  W winds 15 to 20 kt. Occasional gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2  to 4 ft.  WED NIGHT  NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 1 to 2 ft early, then 1 ft  or less.  THU  NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Gusts up to 20 kt in the afternoon.  Seas 1 ft or less, then around 2 ft in the afternoon.  THU NIGHT  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas  2 to 3 ft.  FRI  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to  3 ft.  FRI NIGHT  NW winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt  after midnight. Gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft.  SAT  W winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas around  2 ft.  SAT NIGHT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas  1 to 2 ft.  SUN  N winds 5 to 10 kt.
